If you know how to get to Eagle Island State Park, here’s how to find our dental practice from there.
- Exit Eagle Island State Park onto Eagle Island Parkway, heading toward State Street (ID-44 / E State Street).
- Turn right onto E State Street / ID-44 and go east.
- Continue straight on E State Street for several miles; you’ll pass rural / suburban areas at first, then more commercial / residential areas as you approach Eagle city center.
- Stay on E State Street – it becomes more built up with local businesses, intersections, and side streets.
- As you get closer to downtown Eagle, look out for S Edgewood Lane. Keep going past that.
- Shortly after S Edgewood Lane, the dental practice Ascend Dental (formerly Parkway Dental, etc.) will be on your right at 577 E State St.
- Look for signage and the parking area in front of the building.
